✓ Originality: The submission has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration by another journal. If otherwise, an explanation must be provided in the Comments to the Editor.

✓ File Format: The submission file must be in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF document file format.

✓ References: Where available, URLs and DOI links for references must be provided.

✓ Formatting: The manuscript must follow the JCSIS article template, use a 12-point Times New Roman font, and place all illustrations, figures, and tables within the text at appropriate points.

✓ Author Guidelines: The manuscript must comply with the stylistic, structural, and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines of JCSIS.

✓ Publication Ethics: The manuscript must be free from plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate submission, and any form of unethical publication practice.

The manuscript title must be concise, specific, and informative. The maximum length of the title is 18 words. The title should clearly reflect the topic, method, object, or contribution of the study.

The manuscript may be written by a maximum of 5 authors. All listed authors must have made significant academic contributions to the research, manuscript preparation, data analysis, interpretation, or final approval of the article.

The abstract must be written in single spacing using 12-point Times New Roman font. It should include the research background, objective, method, key findings, and conclusion. The abstract must consist of 150–300 words.

The introduction should explain the research background, research problem, research gap, novelty, and objectives. Authors should clarify why the research is important and how it contributes to computer science, intelligent systems, or related fields.

The literature review provides the theoretical and empirical foundation of the study. This section should synthesize relevant previous studies, identify research gaps, and explain how the current study is positioned within existing scholarship.

The research method section must explain the research design, data source, population or sample, instruments, procedures, variables, and analytical techniques. For computational studies, authors should clearly describe datasets, preprocessing, algorithms, model parameters, validation strategies, and evaluation metrics.

The results and discussion section should present findings clearly and systematically in relation to the research objectives. Authors should interpret findings, compare them with previous studies, explain the novelty or contribution, discuss limitations, and provide implications for theory, practice, or future research.

The conclusion should briefly summarize the main findings and explain their significance. It should not merely repeat the abstract. Authors may include practical implications, theoretical contributions, research limitations, and recommendations for future studies.

References must follow the APA style required by JCSIS. Authors are recommended to include at least 20 references, preferably from recent and reputable sources such as journal articles, conference proceedings, books, standards, official datasets, and other credible scholarly sources. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

Authors are required to download, complete, and upload the Administrative Control Check for JCSIS Article together with the manuscript during the submission process.

Authors submitting manuscripts to JCSIS - Journal of Computer Science and Intelligent Systems must understand that, once the manuscript is accepted for publication, the copyright and publication rights of the article will be managed by JCSIS, published by EduScienta.

This copyright includes the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, disseminate, store, index, archive, and make the article available through printed and digital formats, journal databases, indexing services, repositories, and other scholarly communication platforms.
